Terms of Service

1. Manufacturing & Supply Chain Limitations

BrandBridge Manufacturing provides B2B sourcing, custom manufacturing (OEM/ODM), and supply chain logistics. All lead times and production schedules provided via quotes or email are estimates based on factory capacity, availability of raw materials, and international shipping conditions.

2. Quotes & Sampling

• Pricing: All quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may fluctuate based on currency exchange rates (USD/CNY) and raw material costs.
• Samples: Custom physical samples generally require a non-refundable sample fee, which may be credited toward bulk production orders depending on the finalized MOQ.

3. Intellectual Property

When you submit tech packs, 3D CAD models, or custom artwork for manufacturing, you represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to use such intellectual property. BrandBridge Manufacturing agrees to strictly use these materials solely for the purpose of your production run and will not distribute or reuse your custom molds for other clients.

4. Quality Assurance & Returns

We execute rigorous AQL standard inspections (PPI, DUPRO, PSI) before any shipment leaves our facilities in China. Any discrepancies, defect claims, or shortages must be reported in writing within 14 days of receiving your cargo. Due to the custom nature of our merchandise, returns are not accepted unless the goods materially deviate from the pre-approved golden sample.
